A clear photo of the item received (file size under 1MB). Once the discrepancy is confirmed, we will typically arrange for the correct item to be sent at no extra cost. In many cases, returning the incorrect product is not necessary.
Can I change my order after placing it? Order modifications (such as address updates or product changes) may be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day the order was placed. Requests submitted after this window may not be possible, as the order may have already entered the fulfillment phase.
